Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Argentina. Before filing any legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations.
